What would be a suitable fine or prison sentence for people that make false accusations of racism?

Most claims of racism are false and just comes about as a knee jerk defense mechanism used by minorities when someone says something they disagree with, no matter how factual the statement.





We need to stop all the BS crying hat people do when something doesn't go their way and take away the race card. I think fines and prison are the way to go. Just think Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be locked up for life.What would be a suitable fine or prison sentence for people that make false accusations of racism?

I like where you are going but I don't think imprisoning people for misuse of the English language is a step in the right direction. Maybe eliminate the whole ';hate crime'; thing. Or better yet, declare every crime a ';hate crime';, because in actuality, you don't intentionally hurt someone you love.
