I have a tenant who is looking for all reasons to sue my family for money. She is so desperate that she threatened to accuse a family member of mine that he exposed himself to her daughter.
I take this false accusation very seriously and want to know how i can report and seriously convict her for even daring to make her child lie about this type of matter, I trully believe her kids need to be taken away from her.False child sexual accusation?

Keep a diary or log of every time you or a family member has contact with her in any way. List every threat exactly as stated with the time and date also. List every witness to the conversations. If legal in your state record every conversation with her and hopefully catch her on tape making the threats. Use a digital pocket tape recorder
That is very serious. I think its libel. Maybe even extortion. She would need proof of what supposedly happened. You could take it to court. Really, this type of situation is very serious. Baring false witness. Not to mention the lies she will put in her daughters head. You might want to look into the Day Care Sex abuse hysteria to see how they handled it.

I hate when people say things about me that are not true or when try to put labels on me.How do you handle false accusations?
It always makes me angry. The injustice of it. But one thing I do know is - the truth always comes out. ALWAYS. You may or may not know it , but it always does. That's why we are not to take matters into our own hands. Many Blessings.How do you handle false accusations?
if people are spreading rumors etc or label you then tell them to stop, if you just tell the truth then the rumor is destroyed. no lie can stand up to a proof, all you can do is calmly insist that its wrong and hang around with friends who will be there to protect you. people wont accuse you of things if you are in a group, often the accuser is unsure of themselves so they take it out on the target, but arent brave enough to take you in a group. good luck!

Don't quite know what you're asking, exactly, but both situations are wrong. Don't know I'd get chilled by either one. So many stories about people being terrible to each other, it makes a person numb. About the only things that still chill are ones where a child is harmed or someone's loved one comes up missing, murdered or maimed.

Not to be judgmental or anything, but a man is more likely to bluster or bluff his way through such things whereas a woman who's the victim of rape is already demoralized greatly and probably going through a lot just dealing with what happened to her. Yeah, I know a man would be liklely to be ashamed and/or intimidated into not wanting to report a crime in the first place because other men might judge him as weak for getting beat by a woman, but I don't think one man falsely accusing a woman of abuse would stop or inspire a true male victim from taking whatever action he would have taken in the first place. A true female rape victim most likely already knows how hard it is to convince a jury that a real rape occurred. To know that in her community another woman had her name publicized in a paper as being a liar would probably convince the real victim that her chances of getting a conviction and remaining unscathed would be next to nothing. She'd probably want to just try and forget about what happened to her and move on, even if without the advertisement she might have pursued her rights legally. I think the men will do what is in their nature to do regardless.
Incidentally, I do realize that men who are victims of abuse usually don't report it because of the stigma attached to men who are beaten by a woman, regardless of the reason the woman got the upper hand in the first place. I think it's wrong, but I do think that those that were going to report it are going to be less likely to care if their names got published, especially if they know they're right. The only exception I see is if that man has a position in the community to maintain and fears losing if such information ever came to light. Otherwise, I think he'd seek justice with or without such previous instances.

The liberal spin has collectively used false logic, to take the position, to attempt to label acceptable liberal viewpoints as ';politically correct';.
Any news, position or action reported in the news is determined to be politically correct (acceptable to the liberal view point not a moral or decency requirement, just ';pro'; liberal). Anything that is contrary to liberal views, is labeled politically incorrect. The liberal viewpoint includes the false logic, if you oppose it, you are therefore racist, evil or even worse, capitalistic.
Simply put, liberals and their advocates that we call the media, have taken the position (through false logic) that if you disagree with a liberal you are a racist.

You would have to request what is called an expungement. They are time consuming and not guarenteed. Even though the victim is recanting, the judge may deny the request for expungement. If you decide this is what you want to do, hire an attorney that knows how to do it - many different agencies must be served with thre request and given time to give input about agreeing with or opposing the request.
I would have the accuser write up an affidavit about their recanting, and ask them if they would be willing to tesify if you can get an expungement hearing.

Make sure the proper authorities know about the admission. That would be the police and the prosecuting attorney. If a conviction has been entered, then the courts would get involved.
