Can you dispute and refute false accusations that are not entirely true?

Of course!





One example of this is mitigating circumstances. In this case it would be ';Yes, I killed him, but he was in bed with my wife at the time.';





You can't lie, but you can attack the parts of the accusations that are false.Can you dispute and refute false accusations that are not entirely true?
sure as anything can be chalked up to circumstantial evidenceCan you dispute and refute false accusations that are not entirely true?
Sure enough, like Global Warming and The Dems are 'for the People'.....!!
Sure.....but does not mean it will work...hell we can say anything.
