Can women do anything to stop false rape accusations?

There has been many questions about how men can stop rape and how they should do more about it.

Ok.

So, what is it that women are doing to stop false allegations of rape and sexual assault? Can women do anything to stop false rape accusations?
They can stop supporting the feminist/rape advocacy groups that continually expand the legal definition of rape. Pretty soon men will be getting 20 years for ';eye rape,'; ';online rape,'; and ';mental rape'; if something isn't done about them.

They can lobby for laws that give false accusers more than a slap on the wrist for making false rape claims and getting men falsely imprisoned.

They can learn that they are responsible for their own actions.

Lie detector tests are inadmissible as evidence for a reason: They cannot show if someone is lying or not in many cases. People who are from cultures where lying to save face is the norm, sociopaths, and habitual liars can easily ';beat'; a lie detector test. If someone is very nervous but innocent they can fail the test or it will come out as inconclusive. You may as well read chicken bones to determine guilt as well if lie detectors are allowed and considered to be science. Can women do anything to stop false rape accusations?
Women need to educate their children about making false accusations, period. Any sort of false accusation is wrong.

Women can also decry those people who make false accusations, especially rape accusations. This is what I do. I also support very strong penalties for crimes (and it is a crime) of this nature. I make my feelings known to local politicians.

I don't know how much more I can do other than become a judge myself.
Well.....the ones who make false allegations should, like, not do that.

What other answer is there? ';Women'; can't do much to stop this from happening. Unless they know someone who has lied. Then they can testify against her. Otherwise there's not much to be done.

Ditto with men stopping rape. There isn't much that your average man can do - the problem lies with the *rapists*. And a lot of them don't tell their buddies that they're going to go out and rape someone, you know?

I saw those questions and thought they were very weird, too.
Is this a serious question? Women can refrain from making false accusations on an individual basis the same as men can refrain from committing rape, simple as that. The trick is getting people to agree to actually do this, and none of us can control another person's actions.
OF COURSE WE CAN'T 99.99999999% of rape allegations are true YOU RAPIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

OR

Perhaps men should stop raping, then they wouldn't have this problem.

OR

OF COURSE WE CAN!!!!! That's why we are so determined to get more women in to maths, specifically statistics!

The percentage of false rape accusations will soon be 0

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What are we supposed to do? There's nothing we CAN do, except be a VICTIM!

But no!

You don't appreciate that. We are permanently at risk from men.

We do EVERYTHING for you men!

And that's what we get.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot.
I've always wondered about this, but why can't both parties take a lie detector test. If there is no proof, any other way could the lie detector give the answers? Why don't they have them at those trials where it's circumstantial rape/murder?
Other than ensuring that my children are properly educated, given moral guidance that would discourage slanderous, harmful accusations and teaching them responsibility, no, there's not much I can do.
Yes, they can stop being dramatic, lying, deceitful kuntzorz.
We could think of the consequences BEFORE we sleep with some guy, instead of regretting it later and putting the blame on someone else.
stop people male and female from drinking and drugging as how the hell can you tell what's going on when boht parties are completely pissee
Either they don't make them, or if they hear about another woman suggesting it, they tell her she's an idiot.
