Can secretly videotaping sex in NJ prevent successful false rape accusations?

I believe it is illegal to film people without their permission in NJ so am I right in assuming that taped evidence of consensual sex would not be allowed in court? Even if the tape would prove someone innocent? In the recent case in Maryland those guys got off on false rape charges using a camera phone. Can secretly videotaping sex in NJ prevent successful false rape accusations?
It can't be entered into evidence but that won't matter. Because the cops and DA can still review it and based on what they see decide not to file any charges. Also, the attorney for the defendant, if charged, can/will leak it and poison the jury pool. Can secretly videotaping sex in NJ prevent successful false rape accusations?
If you tape sexual activity without the consent of your partner (even to protect yourself), they can sue you in court and they will win. They may even be able to have charges pressed against you. If you want to be sure you aren't charged with rape, know the woman and have her sign a consent form!

You're right in assuming that such a tape could not be entered into evidence in a court of law. In the court of public opinion, however...
Illegal to tape some one without their permission..
