Unfortunately ';innocent until proven guilty'; is not a reality, especially when it comes to sex crimes. The courts are weighted towards the alleged ';victim';, especially if it is a young girl. You have to prove absolute innocence to have a chance. And it really doesn't matter how many stories she tells, they will believe here anyway.
The accused needs to get a lawyer to reopen the case, have the findings ';set aside'; on the grounds that he was never served and had no opportunity to defend.
we run a website for people who have been involved in a false sexual accusation www.false-accusations.co.uk

there you will find some sort of help and support it is all free

Sue them...maybe defamation of character (lots of money there)...maybe (if you've been in court) lying in court (I think it's a federal offence)
is this a mock trial...because you can't spell
