How should you deal with false molest accusations?

Please provide details on how you should deal with the police, lawyers, colleagues, friends, relatives and your own employer when the news leak out though you know it is untrue. How should you deal with false molest accusations?
Were you investigated? were you cleared or are you waiting for a decision from the prosecutor.

Remember this, If you lie you die but you can survive the truth. Cooperate completely with the police.

Listen to your lawyer.

You will find out who your fiends are, true friends will stick around, others will not.

Colleagues, its a crap shoot.

Relatives, its family, you know them, I don't.

Employer, see colleagues.

Some accusations like that may hit the papers, you can hope that it doesn't. If your cleared, have the paper print the information.

Then file charges against your accuser. How should you deal with false molest accusations?
Here's your two problems. First, you never pick best answer. So if you're that selfish, why should someone help you for free? Second, you're in Singapore according to your last questions on this issue.

You should know that having sex with minors can get tricky, since I don't know if you're asking about Singapore law or what could happen should your home country find out. You can be prosecuted in your country of origin if you violate child sex laws in another country.
I do pity you the guy who have been falsely charged.

There are many cases of false accusations and it is just your word against the person who make the accusation.

But the state usually support the one who make the charge..
