When potential employees call, are they providing false or misleading information? There have been several lawsuits won on that. Most large companies only provide scant information to prevent such lawsuits.

i think that if some one is saying bad things about someone or about you me personally i would find that person and both of you get together and see who said what thats the only way in confront that person and if worse comes to worse take them to court but you will need a lot of proof in order to win your case good luck people like that are just jealous they cant stand to see someone get ahead there is alot of people like that.
