Can you sue your job for false accusation?

my husband was called in for some questioning, now what he told me they told him that that unless he admits he took 28,000 dollars that the cops will come to the house to arrest him. Can he sue ?Can you sue your job for false accusation?
There is nothing to sue them for. As an employer they can bluff all they want, especially when they want to know where $28,000 is. There is a lot missing from this story, can you give us any more details? Was anyone else called in?Can you sue your job for false accusation?
If he's innocent nothing to worry about. If he is arrested then he will own the place.
No, you can't sue for that.
Sounds like they are trying to get him to admit guilt. If they had proof he took the money he would already be in jail.

He should tell the truth and consult a lawyer. If he did not take the money, and the company takes action against him, his lawyer will tell him what to do.
Yes he can sue whoever he want but he must first take care of the legalities of the case first. And then he must not wait until statue of the limitation is up before he sues.I hope his health is good becuase when your not well time goes fast. Good luck to you.
Get a lawyer to handle this problem.
