How will a lawyer deal with false accusation charges if they are to represent their client?

Your question has been reproduced below to preserve the original fact pattern to which this answer applies:

Q: How will a lawyer deal with false accusation charges if they are to represent their client?

A: There is no quick answer to your question.

Unfortunately, you have not provided adequate facts for anything more than a very general answer. If you have been falsely accused of a crime, then there shouldn't be enough evidence to move the case forward and your attorney should attempt to negotiate with the state to drop the charges and/or seek a dismissal of the charges at a very early stage.

If the false accusation is followed by sufficient evidence to support it, then your attorney will have to fight the case by showing the state has not proved beyond a reasonable doubt that you committed a crime.
